Multi-family Parking

Please note that non-residents and the residents of the following properties are not eligible for a Multi-family Parking Permit:

To apply for, or to renew, a Multi-family Parking Permit, please e-mail a copy of the following documents to the University Endowment Lands Administration Office at UEL@gov.bc.ca, for review:

For New Applicants

  1. VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID
    Examples: BC Driver’s Licence, or BC Identity Card
  1. SIGNED TENANCY/LEASE AGREEMENT
    It should be clearly signed by both the landlord and tenant
  1. VALID ICBC OWNER’S CERTIFCATE OF INSURANCE AND VEHICLE LICENCE
    where you are listed as either the vehicle owner or a driver

For Renewing Applicants

  1. VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID
    Examples: BC Driver’s Licence, or BC Identity Card
  1. COPY OF A RECENT UTILITY BILL
    showing your full name and current UEL address.
    Examples: gas, hydro, cable tv, landline, or internet bill
  2. OR

    UPDATED SIGNED TENANCY/LEASE AGREEMENT
    It should be clearly signed by both the landlord and tenant
  1. VALID ICBC OWNER’S CERTIFCATE OF INSURANCE AND VEHICLE LICENCE
    where you are listed as either the vehicle owner or a driver
